Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Photographer / Cinematographer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for composition, understands visual aesthetics, and can execute high-quality shoots independently while adapting to fast-paced production environments. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, creatively sharp, and aware of modern content trends. Key Responsibilities Execute professional photography and video shootsHandle interior / architectural shoots with strong framing and lighting understandingCapture cinematic footage using gimbal movements and controlled camera techniquesUnderstand client requirements and translate them visuallyAssist in creating content optimized for social media platformsCollaborate with editing and creative teams for smooth workflowRequirements Prior experience in photography and cinematographyExperience in Interior / Architectural shoots preferredIf has a Sony camera setup and Gimbal kitStrong understanding of: - Composition - Lighting - Camera movement - Lens selection Preferred Skills & Proficiency in: - Adobe Lightroom CC - Adobe Premiere Pro Knowledge of editing workflow and visual storytellingAwareness of current social media trends and short-form contentStrong communication and professional attitudeStreet smart and solution-oriented mindsetCompensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on skill and experienceTravel expenses reimbursedPerformance-based growth opportunitiesCompensation revision with additional benefits within 6 months for strong performersApply with your resume + portfolio/showreel.
